We all know Mooeys is something a bit special!  When the idea of Mooeys was born, Amy wanted to create a salon that was different, cosy, a place that women (and men) would feel welcome, and a place where we provide the ultimate (pardon the pun!) in beauty treatments.

When you think of a traditional beauty salon, it typically includes sealed off rooms, a starchy reception, the request for everyone to be quiet due to holistic treatments being carried out (defo no kids!), therapists wafting around in clinical tunics with no shoes on, and the salon music piped with moaning whales.  Or something of the like.  And racy conversation definitely OFF the menu!

Mooeys couldn’t BE more different!  We love the fact that we are open plan, so we can chat with ALL our clients, not just the client we are with at the time, and really make the clients feel involved.  Whatever the topic, racy or otherwise, everyone can feel included!  The whole vibe of the salon is friendly, smiley, therapists having fun whilst delivering top-notch professional treatments, and clients sitting back with a cuppa having a good old chat and a laugh!

Every client deserves to be spoilt while they are with us, and we try and go the extra mile.  Whether it’s a birthday, a Monday, a down day or a getting ready to party day, having your nails done with a posh tea or coffee, the best biscuits or even a cheeky Prosecco, will make our client’s ‘hour to themselves’ a little bit more of a treat!

It would be extremely easy for standards to slip whilst everyone is having such a good time, and this is something that we at Mooeys are especially vigilant about.  Every client is so important to us, and it doesn’t matter if it is our first manicure of the day, or our fifteenth wax, every client deserves the same perfect treatment at while they are with us, and I can put hand on heart and say that we feel they receive it!

As manager of the Farnham salon, and I know the Moos feel the same, my aim is simply that every single client who walks into Mooeys will love their time they spend with us, enjoy it so much that they can’t wait to come back again!

Hopefully, fingers and hooves crossed, that won’t be long, so in the meantime, lap up that sunshine, don’t tweeze your eyebrows off and we will see you very soon!!

Love Jo and the herd xxx
